Pat turns up the heat for UCAN

A huge thanks to Pat Macpherson from Dufftown who gathered together all the recipes she had accumulated over the years, along with additional one she received from friends and family and produced a recipe book which she then sold copies of just before Christmas in aid of funds for UCAN, raising an amazing £2,047.

In addition, Pat approached the local Costcutter, which offers a Christmas card delivery around the local area and suggested they raise funds for UCAN. They agreed and raised £233 thanks to people popping their cards in a box in the shop and leaving a donation in return for them being delivered.
